We have had our plumbing problem for a couple of months, as it began in the mist of an icy, snowy winter.Finally, on this past Saturday, I called Royal flush, to see if they could come on a Monday, as that is my day off.To my utter surprise and joy, they made an appointment for 9 AM, the following Monday, which is today.They had sent an email with his picture identification, saying he was on his way.This gentleman was so knowledgeable, and he speedily determined our problem. It could’ve been extremely difficult to have fixed, if one of the outcomes had been what he found. But even if and when that inevitable time comes, they would’ve been able to fix that massive repair too.As it was, when he got the parts, he was here and gone within an hour and a half!
